According to the latest newsletter for the 2009 Warped Tour, The Devil Wears Prada, Bad Religion and others are coming in the form two new track packs in the Rock Band library.
The packs are set to hit Xbox LIVE Market place on June 23rd and the 30th, and, more than likely, the usual two days later for PSN.

According to the Kotaku, there are more bands from the Warped Tour to come.

It is important to remember that these prices may not stand. These are just prices retailers are throwing on them for now, and may or may not be the official retail price decided on by publisher Activision.
Amazon.com lists DJ Hero for $119.99, with the turntable peripheral bundled in. The game is slated for release in October.
European retailers have also put prices on the upcoming Band Heroes. Check out GameIndustry.biz for more on that.

MTV, EA and HArmonix have announced a partnership with Warner Bros. Records and Green Day that will bring the band’s music exclusively to Rock Band.
I was never big on Green Day, but this is cool news for Rock Band fans who like Green Day.
